We wanted to get buy in at the 'idea' stage of a consumer’s buying journey, a good way of doing this is to give them something visual and relevant to play with. A kitchen visualizer enables users to experiment with various design options and configurations for their kitchen. They can explore different layouts, cabinet styles, worktop materials, appliance placements, and colour schemes. This helps users visualize how different elements will come together and make more informed design decisions. These configurations can then enrich our kitchen designers with additional information before official design appointments.
A simple and limited configuration process is more beneficial than a complex more detailed configurator that allows users to virtually create their own kitchens. This is because the undertaking takes a large amount of time and users may be put off by its complexity. This may also be irrelevant if the users are requesting a design appointment anyway.
