Adding loyalty functionality to our app can help us improve customer retention, enhance engagement, leverage referrals, gather feedback, streamline communication, access data and analytics, and gain a competitive edge in the market. It can be a valuable tool for building stronger relationships with customers and driving business growth. This was the thoughts going into this project. It was also important that our solution is customisable for any incentives going forward.
The products two stepped approach and clear progress indicators will visually incentivise the users to repeat visit the depots. The gold embellishments will be associated with winning and success resulting in greater user uptake.
