We understand that the best way for users to trust product before they buy it is by seeing reviews and user submitted images. How do you do this with large assortments of products that are tailored to every space, for example kitchens? By surfacing user generated content on our website that is taggable and that can be surfaced in relevant places.
We hypothesised that users would have longer sessions on our website and would be empowered to find looks and layouts that were more relevant to their spaces and desires.
